Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who attended the the Award Ceremony for the National African American Culinary Arts and Hospitality Association. I was humbled to receive the award and I am eager to continue to serve in the culinary industry! A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Doc; without him, we would lose an understanding of the scope and impact that chefs and food artisans around the world have made in our daily lives. He truly embodies the idea of service, gratitude, and joy. I am proud to know him… Continue

Sometimes it’s blue, sometimes it’s purple. It should never be either of those colors. Technology glitches, sigh. On to the exciting news! Condensed Version: I am receiving a Culinary Award from the National African American Culinary Arts and Hospitality Association (that’s a mouthful!) on December 8th at the… Continue

We Are All One Key Ideals

The idea is that these core concepts effect everyone, regardless of social, racial, political, gender, or cultural divisions. Once we can all focus our attention on love and support, we can begin to repair the damage done by the fallacies of separation. Then, and only then, can we truly evolve. Remember, it takes a village...

OUR MISSION

To Inspire and Empower People To Be The Change That They Seek
By Becoming Active Participants in Local Community.

It Takes a Village to...
-Be Informed: EDUCATE
-Re-claim Commerce: ECONOMY
-Develop Sustainability : ENERGY
-Love our Community: ENVIRONMENT
-Inform Others: EMPOWER

And Ultimately Prepare the Next Generation - EVOLVE
